So Im not sure if they replaced it with a refurbished one or not. My PFX just died second death in two years. It's been a frustrating and disappointing year with this computer and with Gateway customer service and technical support. Required Question General discussion. Yes Acer is not the best in the world but they make their "gaming" laptops do what their are intend to do, and they actualy provide sercive for products that are defective.
